As of January 13th, 2011, The only option that the toy Horsey Says is "Say Neigh to Gambeling!".

1. Staking is gambling especially boxing its just a gamble i will not argue with u over this

2. if gambling ruins they economy then staking does too? there are the exact same thing u bet over something for sums of money or items they have no difference there...

3. the only reason jagex is getting ird of it is because of scammers if they regulate it like make a casino then these problems would be fixed

@MrTranzformer1 1. Staking is Gambeling, but in some cases, In involves skill, Say if you dice, horse, or flower game, it's just random, no skill intended. 2. Again staking involves, Skill, BESIDES BOXING. Everyone can gamble, You don't need the combat level, or skills required, as in staking, you need either a staking account, or to be maxed. 3. Your right about that one.

4. Dragon dyce is legit, And I used to be a rank in there, Thats's how I made my bank, Dicing made Rs boring to me.

People will always find a way to gamble, but fortunately there will be no where near as much gambling with Dice/Horse/Flowers gone.
