  • Josh Ritter doesn't make a living covering other people's songs. This was was a special video series for Bruce S.

Josh Ritter is very established and a fantastic song writer/composer etc.

  • @kingnothing223 Bingo, yahtzee, you just passed go, go collect a million dollars.

  • @17Hongo Hah, are you kidding? Ritter is known for his heart-straddled singing while remaining down-to Earth. If you want desperate listen to his song "Mind's Eye"-- he really yearns and wants for something in that song. Plus, he wrote it so it's from the heart. Jeeze... Raw desperation you say...

  • man, this is gorgeous. makes me cry.

  • Xabi Alonso on guitar!!

  • i love bruce and there are few few people who can do this song justice - josh ritter is undoubtedly one of these - gorgeous, am sure the boss loves this - i hope he does!!!

  • It's not the original, but Jesus fuckin' Christ: It's a tribute guys. Ritter is a lyrical genius and a damn good composer in his own right, he's paying his respects to the Boss.

  • 15 people couldn't get Mary pregnant.

  • i search the tab please

  • good, has feeling, but lacks the restrained power and raw desperation that you get when Springsteen plays it.

  • @ONEMOREGUITARRIFF

Saying Josh Ritter is as good as Eminem shows how completely ignorant you are. Get over yourself for being a Springsteen fan, there are a lot of us. Josh Ritter's songwriting ability is absolutely astounding and to compare him to the trash that is rap music is blasphemy. I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul.
