Alex's best front squat is 170 and his best Back Squat is 180 kilos. His vertical is 36-38 inches. We don't test it that often. But he has jumped onto a 54 inch box.

wow his best front is only 10 kgs off from his best back squat, what would cause someone to have a bigger split, like my best back is about 175 but my best front is about 150 i think

Most people whom have a bigger split between their back squat and front are those whom don't train the front squat enough. Flexibility and position play a huge role as well. Some people can't keep as good a position with their front squats as back. Lastly, Some people, Alex being one of them, is just built better suited to front squat. short legs long torso. He can keep his body extremely vertical while performing the front squat. Hope that helps. Take care.
