I refuse to fear anyone. I don't need fear in order to love. Fear is an insecurity. I am not bound by religion, i am a higher soul and have a higher connection with and understanding of God. I don't need other people to tell me what i need in order to have a relationship with anyone. I'm far too intelligent for that bogus.

why would you fear God? why fear something you are supposed to love? this is proof that religion was created to control the people. This was totally meant to scare people into behaving how the government wanted them to.

One can go in circles interpreting the bible verses from the Mormoms to the JWs to the Pentacosals to the Baptists, Adventist and all 300 spinoffs. Each say THEY have the truth and all the rest are liars. Some say the prosperity gospel is all BS. I could never live up to the bible, EVER. I am marginal at best in the Christian arena.

What would happen if these guys are right? I was raise around these bible bitching confrontational happy people who LOVE this stuff and live it hook line and sinker and their whole existence is THIS. 24/7. Seems like even Jesus said He did not come to the world to bring PEACE. These people arent bringing peace either on purpose! So the message is getting clearer...our easy going ways are not GODS easy going ways. What to do with this conflict?

Jesus will save ALL mankind, because ALL mankind were slaves to sin, and a SLAVE CANNOT do ANYTHING to save himself!

Mankind is in BONDAGE to sin, YET you expect men to reach out to God, when God says NO MAN SEEKS after him!!!

God gives me NO other alternative BUT to call it as HE Sees it!!

I cannot sugar coat the truth!! It is GOD'S WILL that ALL men be Saved,...and guess what, GOD SAYS, that he WILL get what HE WANTS!!!

You stand in your pulpits and condemn your brother. But you do not see that NO ONE but Christ can fulfill the law. You cannot see that NO MAN SEEKS AFTER GOD,....NO not ONE!!!

The fear (yirah) of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

There is a lot of TALK about how "One" should "FEAR" the Lord. As if we should cower and never learn or ask questions. But GOD tells us Exactly what FEAR of the Lord "IS"!!!

Fear of the Lord is HATING EVIL, PRIDE and ARROGANCE.

It is NOT Prideful or Arrogant to believe God will save all!

But it "IS" those things to LOVE a hell!!

You speak of "hell", when Neither Jesus nor any of the Apostles EVER spoke of a pagan fabled "hell"!!!

You are not only CUTTING OFF THE KINGDOM OF GOD TO MEN,..but also trying to send them to a "hell" that Jesus NEVER spoke of!!

You CONTEND that "FEARING THE LORD" is somehow a call to cower in the corner and shake while God speaks.

But you have NO IDEA what the "Fear of the Lord" is!!!!

The reference of Fear in the bible is a misiterprentation of an interprentation: The use of the word FEAR in the KJB meant 'awe' in those days, but a more correct translation of the bible language would be LOVE. Love and fear are opposites. God is love.

To jojo10718: By The Fear of God, We Depart from Evil, and By the Love for God, we are free from Legalism and are into a Relationship with Him. It's Personal and due to our reverence for His Awesomeness. By The way, we need these two things (Love and Fear) to have Beautiful relationships with fellow Humans. So what do you think now?
