Thanks for your recipe. I've been drinking lemon/ginger tea for awhile now; however, I never heard of cilantro and lime. I'll be trying that soon! You also mentioned grain-fed beef at your organic store. From my research and that of others, we should eat only grass-fed beef. Cows aren't made to eat grains. The best I can find in my area, tho', is grass-fed up until 30-60 days before slaughter (then fed grains to tenderize); otherwise its too tough. So passing along *my* tip! Thanks again!
