  • @wntoply stop assuming and using strawman arguments. i am neither racist, nor a supporter of the tea party which at this point is synonymous w/GOP which I also not a member of. regarding small biz, you are really barking up the wrong tree. little do you know that we recently had to close our small business. please stop watching so much tv and learn to be self reliant, rather than pointing the finger and placing blame. it is counterproductive.

  • @ weaselcrow sure, I agree health care should be available to everyone according to need. the current *law* however is not the way to do it. forcing one to purchase something from a private company or face fine/jail time is NOT reform.

additionally, the strike is about more than just the recent healthcare power grab.

  • Imagine if the "TOP One Percenters" went on strike. I mean, shut down their business, factories & services. Imagine that. The people who pay 40% of taxes and are demonized for being 'rich'..just walk away. Go quietly live on their wealth. do absolutely nothing but relax..for once. Washington would panic. Good..maybe that's what it will take to force them to grow up and listen to "We the People".

  • @pluto4847 buck ofama

  • only to us citizens should any kind of health care be provided at any reduced cost. stabilize and deport any non-citizen who can't pay 100% of medical treatment up front.

  • i love how they rammed this down our throats but now the republicans are holding up everything. they are still in control. how did they ram health care through but now the reps are the problem. and i always felt that once you critic this president you are a racist. this is the first president youn cannot say anything about. great move for civil rights?

  • @ pluto4847

I agree! America isn't perfect... But those who feel no type of concern for their neibor, whom may be struggling due to an illness, should be deeply ashamed of their 'narsicistic and sociopathy tendencies ... Some of these heartless people would probally sold their own mothers for a buck or two.. As long as they are ok huh?

  • And all of those who are radically opposed.... If you all become horriblally injuired, your health care runs out, and you lose all of your assests... You will be left for DEAD in the streets....

I pray you experience, the same type of treatment, that you wish upon others!

When I read your comment to me... An old saying comes to mind:

    "Love it or leave it".....

Just thought I'd share... :) have a lovely day!

  • @WeaselCrow Your freedom to be you includes my freedom to be free FROM you Weasel... I do NOT want to pay for YOUR healthcare...

  • And by the way, I am an American citizen. I was born here, but I did live overseas for awhile. America, you think you have it bad, you don't know what you are missing.

Try living in the UK for a couple years than you'll appreciate America in a new light. UK does have excellent healthcare though, but in the UK u have no freedom of speech, censorship laws, and its a police State.

America is still best in the world. God bless Obama.

  • @WeaselCrow

I'll take the OBAMA Care. If I have to pay a little bit more tax to get Obama care than so be it.

I'd rather stick to Obama than to be repeatedly swindled by private, greedy, health insurance companies with high deductibles, high co-payments, and one's that refuse or drop me just because I have a pre-existing condition.

Stop whining America. Join the 21st Century, and the rest of the world.

I still know I am still more free in the US than in Great Britain.

    UK is a police St
