thats not all thats different ,the headlight are too low , its rolling on radials and the firewall looks to be more ressesed than the original , also not sure about those
hair pin radius rods either !
Having said that , the owner never set out to build a replica , rather a tribute to the original !

Im sure people he knows its not exact like the movie. so what. The movie car was a pile of junk for a prop.Im building mine pretty damn close but it will have rear coil overs, and 4 link. It will have the 4 2g rochesters and a 66 327. No people it was never a 283 eng. Rick Fagary bought it, and Hollywood sayed it was but wasnt. had a 57 chevy rear, with a 410 and a T10 4sp. Had a transverse rear spring which if you rode in one you wouldnt want it. A fiberglass car it would crack like fuck.

the original milner car has a man-a-fre 4 2's intake they were realc arb and the car was a 4 speed.
