Upon further investigation of this video it looks quite a bit like Mexico City, a place where I have visited a few times as that is where my wife is from. but I could be wrong.

if they are figther jets then we would have heard the engine roar on the background. they are quiet, they dont make a sound and it's obvious because i can hear the natural background of the city. these arent planes, people.

If only the filmer had zoomed in to the range they were at at 2:03 for more of the duration ... seems the shapes would be a bit more clear. Still this is great footage. Not human-made aircraft for sure, or they'd have more lights than merely the front light flying over a city like this. It's my hope the filmer had a duplicate made then hidden somewhere.
