All I Ever Wanted Intro (:

Hey, I'm Skyler Parkes and I have been best friends with Nick Jonas since the day I was born. Yeah, I'm talking about the Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers. He really is as amazing as he seems. It's not pretend, trust me. We've grown up together because our parents are best friends. For a while, it was just Nick and I. He was like my second brother. Oh, by the way, I have a brother named Alex (He is 5 years older than me-the same age as Kevin-and he is now 22). He and Kevin have been best friends since birth as well. Anyway, for a while, it was only Nick and I, the inseparable duo. Nick and Skyler, Skyler and Nick. We could've been attached at the hip and there wouldn't have been a difference. But then, in third grade, my other best friend moved in. Sadie Hanson moved in the house across the street. So then, our duo became a trio and we all were close as can be. Sadie was the girliest girl I'd ever met. In the second grade when she moved in, all she wore were dresses, skirts, and frilly little tops. She had her white bobby socks and always wore her hair in pigtails with ribbons or let her long curls out with a cute clip. I, on the other hand, was a tomboy. I wore shorts and plain tee shirts and I hated putting my long hair down because it got in the way. Before Sadie moved in, I never painted my nails or played dress up (other than a few times with Mommy). This girly-ness was new to me. I grew up with five (then six once the tank was born) boys and only two girls. Having so many boys is really what made me tough. Yes, I could throw a perfect spiral in the second grade. But the year Sadie moved in, I started becoming more feminine. Sadie and my mom started picking out clothes for me sometimes and doing my hair. About then was when Joe and I stopped clicking. I never really got along with him but we were civil. We would fight sometimes and I could run faster than him so I guess he grew hostile feelings towards me. But once Sadie moved in, everything got worse. He and I would get into fights daily and by my fifth grade year, I didn't speak to him and we avoided each other. It was pretty bad, but at family dinners we were nice. But only cause we didn't have to speak to each other, or even look at one another. My relationship with Kevin was much different. He looked out for me through out the years. I remember my first date. Oh boy. Anyway. I think I'll just take you back instead of trying to explain my life story. Here we go.
