If Elektra were in the game, the 3rd version of this track would be her theme.

As Japanese as this level looks, this is a Marvel level. It is the 'base' of the organization known as the Hand (hence the name) which Elektra worked for. So it is a Daredevil stage, sort of. Capcom must have chosen this level because it was an oriental location within the Marvel universe instead of NY, NY, NY all the time.

I'm surprised with how good this theme is. I was expecting something much worse for some reason.
