Livigno, Bike destination

In the hearth of Alta Rezia, Livigno offers everything that warms the hearth of a biker: trails, smuggler paths and military roads with breathtaking panoramas in the region of the glaciers Ortler, Cima Piazzi and Bernina.
Duty Free shopping, gasoline, good food for good prices, trails, all this is Livigno, one of the best biker's region of the Alps.
The village, 12 km long on 1'800 meters over the sea, with many Tax Free shops and sports shops, offers a wide offer of fun.
And, if you want to excape the shopping chaos, in a couple of minutes with your bike, you can reach the woods and try some very funny singletrails.
Livigno, host of the World MTB Championships in 2005, has worked very well on the trails which are almost all for everyone, some need a bit of biking experience. The shuttles and the public transports permit to reach almost every trail and offer also many possibilities of practicing Freeride. The Bike Park with tracks for every level completes the offer.
