one thing about Turkish food:you can put yogurt on everything (ok except for fish.).rice ,vegetable foods ,makaroni,mantı (dumplings)on meat,side of milk ,in the glass added with water ,
yogurt add with garlic-one of intoxiating yummy flavor ..nom nom

I went to Turkey last year and I'm sorry but I did not enjoy the food! I ate mostly chicken that's the only thing I liked other than that I did not like it but ppl in turkey are all hearts they are very nice some invited us to their homes and I loved them I did loved this dessert they made don't know the name but it had like black seeds it was so good
