no, certainly not. I drove my suv with ac cranked. I'm not against oil and gas. I'm against crappy operators like XOM that ruin the image of the whole industry.

yes, we are suing ExxonMobil for trespass. I totally agree. The railroad commission came in December of 2008 and ordered the thing shut down. I guess they didn't think it was operating properly, either. But, who are they to say.

That equipment has probably been there 40 years. A few drips of crude on the ground and lack of paint does not a major problem make. Each lease must pay its own way or be sold or abandoned.

Obviously a concerned American has to do the job of a so called Agent who is supposed to Make Sure this doesn't happen. You should be more concerned about the evidence he filmed than how he got it. Don't you get it?

What exactly (if anything) qualifies you to determine whether or not a facility like this one is operating properly or not. Looks like criminal tresspassing to me.
