I shoot this show every year around the 4th of July. This year the weekend of the 4th was full so I shot this the week before. The neighbors didn't seem to mind :)

A little info about the show:
I shot this show from 3 main firing positions. The left and right positions were identical and the one in the center had the larger 500g fan cakes and finale.
I used a firing system I designed and built myself using parts that are easily available on the internet. All the fireworks are consumer level and commonly available at stands and stores where fireworks are legal.

Componants:
31 cues
26-200g cakes
3-500g cakes
16-Mines
54-Roman Candles
144-Shells
Totaling-952 individual shots (not counting roman candles that would add 540 shots)

  • OMG! Love your timing! What Mines were you Using? Must have been at Least 3"... Was This E-fired? The ZCakes were Perfect! Excellent show, but where's The Finale? :).

  • @kerzwhile I'm glad you liked the timing. The Mines were Critical Acclaim from World Class 1.75' Consumer re-loadable mines shot from 8" long HDPE mortars. It was e-fired. You can see a demo of the system I used if you take a look at my other videos. Yeah... the Finale didn't go quite as planned. It started at a good pace and then slowed down too much. This year I'll get it up much faster.

  • where do the fireworks comefrom

  • @MrRyanbourke China.

  • Impressive show, my friend! how much was your firing system?

  • @cwbtle2 It's a custom built firing system so I saved quite a bit of money making it myself. If you want more details on it I put up a video on this system and the one I used last year as well. watch?v=1nwWLQ0dd3o
