Food Guide Pyramid

My thematic unit topic is Food Guide Pyramid. The unit objective this project supports is: Given an object of food from the food pyramid (C), kindergarten students (A), will define what food group it belongs to (B), with 90% accuracy (D). The audience for this assignment is Kindergarten. This project supports the component "Communication" from standard number 6, because the students will use knowledge of media communication techniques to foster active inquiry, and supportive interaction in the classroom.
