@carlmoore19 Correction: The 4th down play STARTED (not ended) with 5 seconds left. It ended with 1 second left. Source: game play-by-play on NFL.com; week 4 in 2009 season.

I see "Was Tony Romo Lost During Last Play of Cowboys-Broncos Game?" That was NOT the last play of the game. Denver took over with 5 seconds left and no Dallas time-outs, so just a kneeldown for the last play for Denver to win, 17-10,
Another source suggests maybe he forgot about the spike he did on 2nd down. He then threw 2 incomplete passes, forgetting that the last one was on 4th (not 3rd) down.

@PETERtheGREAT22 You obviously know nothing about football.

@Realism17 U damn right it is..8 SB appearances, 5 rings, highest overall win % in NFL history, won our division 2 of the last 3 seasons, labeled as the HIGHEST valued sports franchise in the USA, and 2nd highest valued team in the WORLD next to Manchester United Soccer club in Europe! Got a lot of haters, but even more loyal fans!!! Can't wait 4 next season baby
