  • Omg im moved ttruly never was a fan of either truly till now wish this gets a million hit s whomever did this accowledgement is abrillant filmaker historian who?

  • Well thank you. A lot of the filmed material comes from the the documentary " Berkeley in the sixties' The rest I plucked from all over the internet. My discovery and love for the now a day's band 'Best friends forever' and the DIY scene, made me remember & rediscover the comparable quirky bands from my youth, and made me tell a bit of their story, hoping to draw some attention to them and to 'best friends forever'. Attention I think they deserve for their genuine originality.

  • wow I love utubes, you tubes you, etc.!! Loved these bands back then and still do: Lamb (Barbara Mauritz) and Joy of Cooking! They were so inspiring for women and so talented as well...Anyone remember Fanny? Still have all these on vinyl; maybe Santa will give me a new turntable? feel better now. whew

  • Joy of Cooking will always be one my favorite All Female Bands. I've seen them live at least a dozen times. Last was at the Fillmore w/ Procal Harum. Still Rockin'?

& Yazoo I haven't heard of in a miilinium it seems like.

As for Dan Hicks and Co. Hachi Tochi!

This really is such good music. Again, Thanks!

P.S. Whoa! Déjà Vu. The other remark is from the wrong page.

Oh and I subed on both pages by mistake, but so what right?
