Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku - Part 3

We're now at the last area of the forest - finally. Here we HAVE to do the quests in order to get to Raditz, because that's what this old guy wants you to do. Just sounds like taking advantage of someone, but whatever.

First thing you'll probably hear is that a girl has been gone missing. If you go to the upper part of this area, it's where she got lost. Talk to her and she will follow you, back to her house and talk to her dad to complete the quest.

Another one is to get flowers for a guy who is in love with the girl that got lost, and you can get flowers on the upper left side of this area by flying over it. Don't worry - Goku will mention something about it as well.

The #3 quest on my list is to get a boat back for a boy, that his brother thrown on an island. You basically just fly over to it, retrieve the boat and give it back to the boy by simply talking to him.

Now, go back to the old man, and he will tell you that his cat has gone missing. I'm sure that if you've taken the girl back to her house, you would've seen the cat. He's on the upper right side of the area if you want to know. It'll follow you back to the old man's house.

Now, you can go on and fight Raditz, with the Solar Flare ability. Which is HANDY!

As it looks like, I think you're playing this on an emulator, but what emulator, cause VisualBoyAdvance isn't able to run legacy of goku -games. Please help!
