A bit confused me. Decriminalization means it's still illegal, but if you get caught then you'll just get a ticket or something like that. It'll still be illegal though, and it'll still be an underground trade and still be going through criminal hands. This won't stop the cartels, it'll just protect your friendly neighborhood pot head from getting arrested, which, don't get me wrong, is a step in the right direction, but it shouldn't be the end goal. We need legalization, not decriminalization

@JIBTER I disagree, you can make it yourself, OR buy it. Just like tobacco. You can legaly grow tobacco and make your own hooch, but you can not sell it. I think it should be treated the same. make marijuana 21 years or older like booze and follow the same laws to controll it. It would be awesome. I have quite a green thumb
