I had minor trouble registering my full on custom moped an I cannot stress the MINOR enough . dont believe me ? check out gnus motorbicycles on facebook if you have any questions I would be happy to answer them or help out if possible.

look we all need to get to the point pa has some really meh thing like the right to work tax wtf no offense but most of the moped laws are kinda backwards its a bike and where i live they fought off getting a cell tower built it pretty backward i wanna get a moped this makes me wonder if its worth the trouble I AM DISPLEASED so much that i cry whhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhyy

I live a block off of Broad...you do see some crazy shit at times but does that mean you would be in that guys shoes? shit catches up eventually. That guy probably just stole it and was making his getaway lol
