  • Really avoid dry firing the BDM...the firing pin is very brittle, and can break easily. You can find replacement parts at Midwest Gun Works, they have a whole section devoted to the BDM. 15 round mags come up once in a while on Gun Broker, but CDNN Investments has 10 round mags for under 15 bucks, grab some while you can. Nice video! I love my BDM, its my favorite handgun

  • @Pointshooter Thanks for the AWESOME comment! and will check out the sights. and thanks for the advice on the pin! I got to shot my BDM and Im in love with it BEST handgun I have ever fired!

  • @iowndunoob Really glad to hear it...was just about to send you a PM with the links. I broke a firing pin a while back, so I try to warn people. I picked up 7 ten rounders as part of my preps, its my primary carry piece. Glad to see another prepper with similar tastes!

  • @Pointshooter your the first prepper I have spoken to that is rocking the BDM its part of my EDC now I may go with 10 rounders because of my budget. thank you again for the warning! I really need to get some snap caps lol

  • @iowndunoob No worries, I used to have a vid on mine, might put it back up sometime. I sometimes use a fired 9mm casing to snap the hammer, gotta love second strike capability of having a double action. The rear sight is also pretty flimsy, and I agree on the guide rod. I've seen them with custom stainless guide rods, but you'd have to get a gunsmith or machinist to make it. Speer Gold Dot 124 grain hollowpoints are my preferred carry load, they feed well

  • @Pointshooter Put it back up =) I would like to see it after blogtv im gonna spam watch your vids =D
