The piece played from 2:18 is in fact not by Beethoven, but composed by Johann Heinrich Walch, who also composed the famous Pariser Einzugsmarsch.

Indeed was I asking myself why this apparently so famous Funeral March by Beethoven was'nt to be found anywhere...

Walch's piece so appears to be a variation on Beethoven's "Rondo: Allegretto" from piano sonata No.1, Op.31; that's probably why it is misunderstood as "Beethoven's Funeral March No.1"!
