Its a matter of costs with healthcare. Government regulations have helped prop up HMOs(privately owned) that have run a monopoly(Akin to corporate-fascism) and increased costs. Not to mention, bureaucratic red tape that does increase costs. Social Security should continue but new generation should be able to opt of if they chose and invest in private instead.
