Max for LIVE demonstration video. Violin interacting with computer using "Augmented Violin" gesture follower developed by the Real Time Interaction Team at IRCAM, Paris. Kimura took part in officially introducing Max for LIVE at the 127th Audio Engineering Society meeting at the Javits Center, NYC with Ableton AG and Cycling74 CEOs, Gerhard Behles and David Zicarelli, on October 9th, 2009.

  • If the intention of "Maracas por Libre" was the spanish translation of "Maracas for free", so you should named "Maracas Gratis" instead, as the first one has no mean at all... :-)

    Besides that, it's a great demonstration on what the Max can do with acoustic instruments, thanks for the video!
