Breakaway, Chapter 22, PART 1/2, (A Jonas Sister Story)

I looked behind him, and saw my friends, all of them, come into my room.
"Lee!"
"OhmiGod Joe! I take that back! You're the best brother a girl could ever ask for!"
"That's what I thought."
I hugged all of my friends, tight.
"I've missed all of you so much!"
"I've missed you like hell Linley!" I heard Mandy say.
"Yeah Michaels! Class for the past 2 years have been so quiet with out you!" Gabby blurted out.
"Gabs, its Jonas remember?" Em laughed.
"Oh it makes no diff. Shes still Lee!"
"Um, Catt?" I heard Joe say, "Lee's over there."
"Uhuh. I know."
"Um, your sort of hugging me and not her."
"Your point?"
"Well- oh never mind. Come here!" Joe said, calling us.
I laughed, and they joined in on our hug.
We all let go, and I heard the doorbell ring.
"Jeez Joe. Look who decided to use the front door. That's a first.
Joe and" I laughed, and my friends looked at me, confused.
"Inside joke." Joe said, "Anyways, get ready for dinner Lee. Formal-ish."
"Aw. Fine."
He waved, and kissed Catt on the forehead.
"It's a miracle she doesn't freak out anymore." Hayle said.
"Oh, believe me, shes freaking on the inside." Mandy answered.
I looked at my friends, who all wearing Converse and shorts, the remembered the plans my parents had for inviting a few of my brothers friends over as well. A.k.a., celebrities.
"Hey, guys, wanna borrow some dresses?"
"Um, no freaking duh Linley!" Jenny screamed.
I showed them to my closet and they all oohed and aahed, just as what I did when I first saw it.
"Ohmigosh! I watched this episode a hundred times! I've seen your first kiss play over and over again on T.V." Mandy said, pointing to the pic of me and Brey on set.
"Speaking of which," Hayle said, "where is this hottie that you call your best friend?"
She batted her eyelashes, then laughed. I totally forgot to tell my friends about me and Brey!
Oh, what they don't know wouldn't kill them. I mean, out of my bros, only Frankie and Joe knew. Actually, besides Sel, Demi, Taylor, Lorenzo and Jake, no on else knew. Note to self, must tell Mandy about me and Braden later. Once everyone was ready, we all headed to the dining room for dinner. I was wearing a simple dark blue dress that came up to my knee, with a brown vest on top, and a pair of silver flats.
Selena, Miley, Demi, Chelsea, David, Jake and a few other Disney stars were there too. In one corner, I could see Frankie flirting with Noah Cyrus. Dang, was my lil bro smooth.
"Ehmagawd." I heard Hayle say, and all my friends scattered, introducing themselves to people. Now its sort of ordinary seeing celebs around. But place me in this situation 3 years ago, I would faint and go into comatose.
"So," Mandy said, being the only one who stayed behind with me, "where's your best friend?"
She knew Brey and I were close. Hey, just cause Mandy and I weren't neighbors anymore, doesn't mean we should stop Skyping.
"Correction, Ramos." I said, with a sigh, boyfriend. "I whispered."
I covered her mouth, knowing she'd scream.
My hand muffled her screams a bit, and I laughed at her.
"Thanks." She said, with deep breaths.
"Anytime."
"Woah. How long?"
"A while."
"What'd he get you for your birthday?"
"A puppy. Its a pug."
"Woah! Cute?"
"Insanely! I'll show you Danger later. Right now, I'm keeping a promise."
She raised an eyebrow at me, and I pulled her up to Lorenzo Henrie.
"Hey Enzo!" I said, with a grin.
"What's up Lee?"He answered, but not looking at me.
He was checking Mandy out.
"Who's your friend?"
"Bro, this is Mandy, my best friend, Mandy, this is Lorenzo, the annoying dude they call my T.V. brother."
"Ouch." He chuckled, "Offended Linley."
Mandy giggled, and he smiled at her.
"So-" he started, as I left them there.
I looked around the room, searching for Brey.
