This video introduces THE LEGACY WALK -- to be dedicated in Chicago on October 11, 2012 -- the only outdoor "walking museum" in the world committed to celebrating the contributions GLBT people have made to World History and Culture. The video relates the back-story of the Walk's creation and its technical details, introduces the first Inductees, and closes with reflections on the importance of teaching about our history to GLBT youth who grow up culturally marginalized, without historically significant role models.
