Our aim is to encourage and provide a framework for the preservation and sailing of older styled boats. There are also some replica boats, built recently, to old designs and a small number of new designs recreating older styles.
Members of The Schooners MBC enjoy sailing boats that are scaled replicas of larger vessels, such as Schooners, Skipjacks, Luggers, Barges, Argus, Atlantis, Pilot Cutters, Six metres, Square riggers and many other types.
The Schooners MBC houses "The Information Library" within it's workshop, presenting its members with a simple archive of nautical books, magazines and boat related topics; an effective system for beginning your boatmodeling research, or looking up a specific point regarding materials, construction, workshop processes, historical sources and much much more.
The Schooners MBC also provides the scenic location for ''The Southwater Dabblers MBC Steering Competition'' events held in the summer months. The Schooners MBC can also be seen sailing their ''older styled boats'' at the Leonardslee Model Boating Regatta in July and August.

@ThePopypete the only topsail schooners that i know of are Pride of Baltimore II, Lynx, La Recouvrance, Californian and thats about all that I know.

well done that is beautifull to look at i have been wanting to build a two masted top sail scooner for years now but haven't seen one that realy looked good to my eye the ones in your video look the goods could you please get back to me with details at peperg19@tpg.com.au
