Alright there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend got hot 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

Agree, he is doing land Zumba class work. you can see the people in the water bouncing at half his rhythm on the deck. Some of the moves are water appropriate, some are not. Not getting range of motion or a chance to really move the water around. i do like them singing. that makes it much harder.

His tempo is made for the floor. Aqua tempo is totally different. He just needed to slow his count. The choreography could definately work. He might not be used to teaching it in the pool.

As lovely as he looks, there isn't a person in the pool benefiting from this aqua workout. The speed is ridiculously fast, there is no benefit working with your arms out of the water. The only person getting a workout is the Instructor - I'm of the opinion that Aqua Zumba is a waste of time as far as getting a water workout is concerned. I am an Aqua and Zumba Instructor by the way..
