Your posture is not horrible, in your takeaway focus on maintaining a wide swing arc by pointing the club as far back as it can go STRAIGHT behind you while making a bigger body turn, this will help you get in a better position at the top of your golf swing thus creating better power, and a better swing path, also, next point your clubhead should be pointing right of the target through impact, keep your head down until you hear the sound of impact, your weight should be 90/10% on your frontfoot
You are swinging across the ball from right to left. this means that when you hit the ball you are probably slicing or fading the ball. I suggest you swing and follow through with the club face moving left to right across the ball. If you start hooking or drawing the ball then you need to find a middle ground in order to hit it straight. Pretend there is another golf ball three inches further away from you than your ball and 3 inches more left in your stance. That will cause L to R motion.
For one, you might want to stand just a hair closer to your ball as you shouldn't need to stand THAT far back. Also, loosen your grip! It seems like you're death gripping it, on a scale of 1-10, try keeping your strength on the grip at around a 3 or 4. Straighten you're back a bit, hunch your but out just a tad, and follow all the way through. Stop at the END of your follow through, not on impact.
Go reference Tiger Wood's swing, it's fundamentally perfect.
remember to hinge your wrist as you get to the top, remember to keep your arms touching you body creating more connection.

I see a couple of bad things here.

Make sure you extend all the way through the swing. It seemed like you stoped right after impact.
