@ophib88 if only the higher ups would get together an put together a battle of the bands. there is so much money to be made
-
@KapitolKartoon09 nah..id say yall and Cookman
-
@ophib88 IMO i believe there are only two bands that can give SU an L thats us (NSU) an JSU simply because of the history and legacy of each program
-
@KapitolKartoon09 right! i dont know too much about NSU but from the sound of it they seem like one of the few bands that can hang with SU
-
@ophib88 wish we could get a Meac Swac going on tho lol
-

HA!...i know this is like a contraversal topic to some..but Jsu tpts can def handle Nsu tpts...some say they cant and we all know that is not true..and im sure whenever they meet that will DEF be a battle! I see similarities in the two sections....though jsu tpt hang over like Crazy!...Nsu does it too! just not as lengthy...
norfolk state IS the best band

Another thing I like about this performance is this certain nuance I keep "getting". The heavier brass, I think specifically the tubas, has a particularly unique sound. It sounds as if they are chewing up people. It sounds like... "CHOMP SQUOSH STOMP CRUNCH MANGLE MUD RELENTLESS " . If you listen carefully, you will hear it. It is sounds good in that it is a gladiator type of song. Cool.
