HALLOWEEN NYC 2008 Part 1

New York City has the largest Halloween party in the world. And while the NYC Halloween Parade is extraordinary, my interest always has been the street. You see, in New York City, so many people from so many backgrounds and cultures, make the streets look so odd all year around. So many people appear to be in a costume naturally. So the difference in Halloween can be so subtle, at first glance, you really can't tell if that is an intentional costume or not! To me , that is the REAL fun of Halloween in NYC.
