Interesting I heard they work with IO states. Well in short that things like drivers that aren't that important are loaded last! A "order based upon importance" so that it loads faster so to say!
Sounds simple right? Well..not really as when you install windows xp everything goes fast. Then after your drivers, a webcam driver an anti virus...it isn't as fast anymore!
