Visiting Tallulah's Grave 8/28/09

Dedicated to Iris, Irene, Emily and Anthony (who are all mentioned) and of course my other lovely Golden Agre buddies.

After MONTHS of wanting to go, I finally got to go to St. Paul's Parish in Chestertown to see Tallulah Bankhead's grave! Her sister Eugenia and two other relatives are buried with her. For me, as a huge Tallu fan, it was a somber moment- made me face the finalty and inevitability of death.But, the lady that worked at the church gave me a bunch of Tallulah articles from her archives and put me in touch with a journalist that is writing an article about Tallulah! She interviewed me over the phone and it should be appearing in the Chesapeake Review (believe thats the name) quite soon! More on that soon! Enjoy!

Yes Indeed!Tallu got plenty of love. The lady at the church told me people have left bottles of bourbon and such for her in the past :). I'm so glad you like the vid..you should def try to get over there if you can :)
