@skhv2607 no, recalling someone who's by the book out is a good gesture. recalling someone who's not out, who you could easily have sent back to the pavilion and sat back and celebrated, that is a great gesture. so while dhoni's might've been good, atapattu was even greater: all he had to do was let symonds walk back and say no more, but he actually went up and called him back
