omg. Would everone shut up about the collars? Only chipper has it and it doesnt shock him! he doesnt go where he isnt suposed to. He is safe because of it. Its so he wont get hit by a car, he always goes in front of them.

Only Chipper has a shock collar and its NOT for barking! they bark all they want! Its so he doesnt run off and get hit by a car for a second time!!!! He runs but qwith the collar he wont so its much safer! It doesnt hurt him just scares him!!
