Ed Rendell is a Democrat. Democrats want everyone to be sensitive to everyone and everything. Christmas is offensive to Democrats. Democrats believe in sensitivity seminars for everything! Give me a break! If Ed Rendell thinks people are wussies he should be a Republican and tell people to toughen up. Also Rendell should apologize for the Democrat values of sensitivity and multiculturalism.

I am a liberal democrats, but I HATE HATE HATE Ed Rendell!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess what Ed?! You, Mr. Rendell, are the one doing the "whining"! You sound just as bad as Sarah Palin! You sound like a little kid who is mad that his favorite cartoon was interrupted because of a breaking news story of national significance... Football is entertainment... it is more important to protect lives you pompus ass!

It wasn't cancelled because of drunks, it was cancelled because of bad weather. What about the drunk drivers not driving to or from the game? There are plenty of them too, and more are created everyday by changing the definition of what is or what is not considered drunk driving. It was 1.2, then lowered to 1.0, now down to .08, and some states like New York immediately gained more underage drinkers by changing the drinking age from 18 to 21; basically all motivated by political lucre.

Amen! I'm not a football fan. I'm all in favor of public safety, but cancelling a football game because of bad weather is really taking things too far.
