According to the Princeton Review, Binghamton University is a big bang for your buck.
Binghamton University was ranked fourth in the 2009 publication of Best Value Colleges.
The ranking is based on tuition cost, financial aid, student opinion and academics.
This is the first time the University has been ranked on the list, and is the only SUNY school to be ranked in the top 100.
However, the tough economy may make it harder for the University to expand.
"I believe that it is richly deserved, my only regret is during these very difficult budget times, that we will be holding our enrollment level," said University President Lois DeFleur.
DeFleur says applications for next fall are up 30 percent from last year.
