I rode on their new Roadsmart II tires yesterday. The tires worked very well on the Kawasaki Concours, BMW K1600GTL, Yamaha FJR1300 and the Honda VFR1200 they provided for us to try. No big surprise there... but what DID surprise me was how well they worked on the Gixxer 600 and 750 they'd provided as well. I rode my normal fast canyon route and I was stunned to find the Roadsmart IIs turned, felt, and gripped like the Q2s I've used on my personal Gixxer 1000 for a while... impressive stuff from Dunlop.
I raced a buddy home with him on a ZX-14 and me on an FZ-8... his entrance speeds were breathtaking and I was fully expecting him to wash the front out or lose the rear on exit with all that power. Didn't happen--and I only just kept with him!
Tire technology is getting REALLY good nowadays and it seems Dunlop are right at the front of it.

They were a lot better on a pure sport bike than I thought they'd be...
