In October for 2004, we had a Halloween party. As part of the fun, we sent out a flyer, challenging our guests to create a scary film running no longer than 5 minutes. Our goal was have a small screening of fun, unique, independent films for Halloween.
When we actually had the party, we were the only ones that got it done. It was a short screening, but it was seen many times throughout the night.
The video was shot on miniDV using a PC to edit and compile the video. Vegas Video, Adobe After Effects, Sound Forge and other software was used in the process.
I will never use a PC for this type of production again. I have been using PCs and Macs for many years now, and I like each for different reasons. For creative productions that are meant for video, Macs win out every time.
