The 29th of April 1945: Operation Manna. Now, 65 years later, veterans visit The Netherlands. Dutch and Canadian children come together to talk about Operation Manna and the role of Bad Penny, the first bomber to drop food and help a starving nation.

  • @Dr1Canuckchuck And ppl say that humanity has lost its humanity.We have here proof that there is always hope.The good in man will prevail.It's good that they let the younger generations know how it was.

  • That was so great to watch! Holland has not forgotten one bit the suffering they endured and the troops who were the first to chase the Nazis out of their towns. It's great to see the way they were able to recover from this event in their history and this video really shows we are a human family, regardless of where we live in the world and what language we speak. Great video!
