Don't get pissed and say a study means nothing because your friend was one of the fools who did it with tobacco.

Fact: in my country, 99% of people who smoke pot smoke it mixed with tobacco un-filtered through a bong. Fact: this gives you cancer. Fact: a friend of mine died an agonizing death before she was thirty from a cancer that ripped her insides apart after smoking bongs of pot mixed with tobacco. Burnt toast gives you cancer, this study doesn't mean anything at all.

@MIB205 Yeah I know, it's frustrating as heck sometimes but there are many people who are not aware so keep spreading the word! Remember too that it's not only about the awareness of the medicinal benefits but one also has to address the "brain-washing" that has gone on for generations and that takes time to sink in, even for those with an open mind. Although the info is available to them, lot's of people have a hard time putting their trust into something they have always thought of as bad.
