This is shows how to trim universal binaries and remove unneeded language files to conserve disk space in Mac OS X.

  • what's the significance of saving 15 MB of space?

  • It adds up when applied to every application spread across your hard disk. In the case of the 64 GB SSD MacBook Air, every MB counts as well.

  • CleanMyMac is a very good program for removing hidden files i use it a lot

  • my ical takes up 51.5 MB! And when i went to finder to delete extra languages, it doesnt have the language area like you video showed..if you don't mind telling me what to do..that would be great :)
