For an example u now have to go for a trip and never come back home and leave ur family, would u just go away without telling them and ask someone to take care of them? u ofc would tell them and u could choose between ur brother/cousin or a friend of u to take care of them?

u would choose ur brother? because u now him best and u grow up with him and his from ur family.

So do u sunni people think that the prophet chose abu baker to take care of the people or Imam Ali when he new he would die ??

@313Tristan dont sin? did you know the prophet s.a.w said "all the sons of Adam will commit mistakes but those of them are the best are those that repent" if a person dont sin surely he is perfect? no human bieng is perfect

First of all , it is great teach Islam but in the same time dear Green as a convert you shouldn't jump in the eternal division sunni -shia

Second, I am not even a scholar but the few things I know about shiism: they don't disregard the first companions but just Yazid the caliph's son so .. fighting is useless brothers : we are all muslims

* گیارہویں صدی ہجری کے نامور مصنف احمد بن محمد الاسد المکی نے بن ظہیرہ کے بصیغہ مجہول نقل کردہ قول '' انہ ولد بالکعبہ '' کو امام نوری کے قول کے ذریعہ ضعیف قرار دیا ہے ـ

الجماع اللطیف : 338 ، بحواله اخبار المکرم بآخبار المسجد الحرام : 194

ابن ظہیر نے بصیغہ مجہول یہ بیان یا : قیل : انہ ولد بالکعبہ '' یعنی یہ کہ علیؓ کعبہ میں پیدا ہوئے اور اس مجہول کے مقابل میں ایک معروف قول بھی نقل کیا اور اس میں علیؓ کی جائے پیدائش وہ جگہ بتلائی گئی جو شعب علی سے مشہور ہے اور نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی جائے پیدائش سے قریب واقع ہے

لہذا مولود کعبہ ہونے کی روایت مرجوح ہے ـ

نہج البلاغہ کے شارح علامہ بن ابی الحدید اس روایت کو نقل کرنے کے بعد فرماتے ہیں کہ سیدنا علی علیہ السلام کی جائے پیدائش کے بارے میں اختلاف ہے ، تاہم محدثین کرام نے علی ؓ کے مولود کعبہ کو تسلیم نہیں کیا ہے اور اس روایت کو محض جھوٹ و اختراع قرار دیا ہے ، ان کا خیال ہے کہ کعبہ میں جن کی ولادت ہوئی وہ حکیم بن حزام بن خولد ہیں

@ShiaMehdiDajjal what do you mean we claim. even sunni scholars acknowledge that Imam Ali was born inhte Kabbah. not it doesn't mean he was God or SON of God, Astagfirullah. but it also doesn't mean he is just an ordinary person. btw his birth mark is still there, the Salfs try and hide it by covering it with paint, but ever year for the last 14 centuries it gets revealed agains!!!
