It's basicly a long 2,5 minutes presentation of one lone building being shown from always the same boring angle. The 3D scene would have been good enough to allow for more dynamic and interesting views... The sounds is clipping and the "Enter your text here"-annotation together with the typo in the description show that you didn't put too much love into this... The construction sequence earns a good share of admiration but the overall result is not convicing me.

and if you want to know how to fix your road flickering. its because you have to ground in the same position you to planes of polygons close to eachother
