This is a simple project - i will build a clone of the Small Stone phaser as a floor effects unit with some modifications to add some more control over the sound.

Dur to the simplicity of this project, i decided to document all steps in this video series.

This is part 7 (the last part) showing enclosure labeling.

  • also das war beste DIY reihe, die ich jemals im internet gesehen habe!!! dicksten dank du hast mich sehr motiviert!

  • Freut mich, wenns gefällt und motoviert - dazu wars gedacht :)

  • was that normal t-shirt paper..?

and waht ink is in your printer..inkjet or toner?

iv'e been trying different stuff on my pedals without success...many people use waterslide paper for their graphics..but haven't tried that yet!..

    once again excellent video's...

  • Yep, it's normal t-shirt paper. I didn't find any laser version of this (but as it is applied with heat, a laser version can't exist, as laser printers also work with lots of heat), so i used a standard deskjet printer.

For obvious reasons, this method only works with metal enclosures, and the results are far from perfection, but for some DIY, it's okay.

  • What a great series of videos! Definitely inspirational. Great sound you've gotten there, and a nicely built phaser. Congratulations! I hope to build one myself, sometime soon. (still building simple fuzzes and mini amps for now)
