A sequence of related ATM or TML that build upon a level of sophistication for hip, back, and leg pain. Remember to move easily, gently, and softly! You do not need to push through the tension into pain to get great results! You should be pain free and moving gently!

  • I'm almost 67 years old woman. Hip & knee pain is slowing me down. Not sure I can do all of this but some I think so. Thanks!

  • @marie44ist The best part of this video and any of the others is that you only use effort that is pain free, easy and does not cause any discomfort! That menas if you have pain or difficulty...you actually move SMALLER and SLOWER to get the max benefit! Keep it easy and soft and pay attention to how you move not how much! Keep it up, all the small things add up to form a solid foundation for you :)

  • thanks bro

  • @ajpinoyhiphop73 My pleasure! Keep on keeping on! Keep me up on your success!!!
