@DONGATO407 Thing like this catch you by surprise. It sometimes takes a moment for the WTF? alarm to go off. Besides, "Retarded" is no longer used by medical personnel. "Developmentally Challenged" is one of the newer terms accepted by all, so is "Special." So the very title is somewhat offensive and demeaning. The videos showcase a "funny ret*rd." It would not be 'funny' without "Retarded" in the title.

well your kinda right but if someone would get offended by it they wouldnt look up retarded policeman in the first place. so i dont think that there too offending because did you see that south park were cartman has burgers comeing out of his butt, thats the same sorta thing. so i dont know weather to dislike or like this video. im just gonna leave the comment. please reply to this comment :)

@tomken8dy but everyone else finds it funny, so there's nothing wrong with it. You cannot make any parody, joke etc. that many people find funny and noone finds offensive.
