This game does not even come close to deserving the Operation Flashpoint name.

1:52 - "we didn't want the game to be hollywoodized..." that says it all right there.
OFPDR is for a limited gaming audience, not targeted for the overall and the easily entertained. just as with the original flashpoint.
that is why the people who like the OFP series are so dedicated to it and are such hardcore followers. the COD and "run & gun" players come and go. they eventually get weeded out pretty quickly & go back to their cheap linear gameplay.
