I'm not aware of any English versions of this song having been recorded. I would love to buy a copy of an English version myself if I knew it existed. However, if you want to buy the Korean album, the lyrics will probably be printed on the booklet inside in both English and Korean.
It's great fun to sing along in Korean using the lyrics printed in the CD booklet. I have little idea about what I'm actually saying but my spirit is uplifted and I know I'm praising God.
