When you are playing the D-E-F-G don't snap. Play it like D-E-F-G-D-E-F-G-C-D-E-F

The correct way to play this song though is using the notes

F-G-A-Bb-Snap-Snap-G-A-B-C-Sna­p-Snap-G-A-B-C-G-A-B-C-F-G-A-B­b

Play that with both hand 2 octaves apart

Then play it a second time, but move the right hand one octave up

If you've never taken piano lesson, I suggest you should, find a phone book and look up a piano teacher. You seem very interested in learning the piano.
